[PTab=BIOGRAPHY]
I'VE BEEN FAVORED SOME, I AM A CHAMPION
history lesson
— His household consists of his parents, John and Kathy Piers, and an older sibling. By the time Elijah was in the picture, the two parents were older and much more reluctant to force a strong hold upon their younger son. Being well off, the duo were more interested in grooming their eldest into taking over their business. Elijah, however, had far from a terrible childhood. Instead, he was quite spoiled. The only thing he lacked and took for granted was attention and honest friendship.
— In his younger years, he was a confident kid. His parents barred him from making a mess of himself, however, since his name still meant something. That didn’t mean he had completely ignored his rebellious kindergartener age temptations. He may or may have not been the bully most kids avoided,
— Finding that his parents’ negative attention was worse than being ignored (he needn’t go to a private school or disowned), Elijah worked on changing his ways in middle school. It was a struggle at first, especially with the general dash of middle school angst. But near the end of it, his reputation was gradually shifting.
— It was, however, only when he arrived in high school when his reputation was wiped clean. He had a blank slate to work with after successfully convincing his parents to allow him to attend Regency Academy. In his freshman year, he was roomed with Benjamin Michaels. Anyone would expect two strangers suddenly living together to be awkward. It was, but not to the extent he expected. Benjamin was easy to get along with.
— Eli had a good roommate, but gradually, a friend. One that he jokingly started calling “bro” and then it turned into a habit… He slowly stopped putting a mask on for and would allow it to be seen if he’s had a rough day at school or wanted to bum around playing video games instead of studying. Elijah had become the type that was a shoulder to lean on, but Benji became a toxic temptation, and his spoiled nature began to flow from the cracks of his mask.
— They were roommates in sophomore year as well, and wholly expected that the summer would come and go and then they would be roommates once more. Neither had thought it necessary to check whether their numbers matched. It was only on their return to school that they found they didn’t. Eli decided it this year would be terrible before it even began.
extra credit
— Elijah is tall—around 6’0”, give an inch or two. A giant despite his lanky build. His flamboyant appearance and fashion often times attract the attention of others, and due to his age he is certainly still growing… just in that awkward stage of still filling out.
