- Parents (Frank & Linda) were overprotective.
- Born an only child.
- Benjamin grew up never really expressing himself, always following his parents' say.
- Got bullied in school as a child for having longer hair/feminine body.
- Always tried to walk away from it, ignore the bullying, but it affected his self-esteem.
- Never had many friends, since other kids didn't want to associate with him and get bullied.
- Started to clam up around nine years old, only spoke when really needing to.
- This lasted for years, until his parents finally clued in, and decided to move with him.
- Registered at Regency Academy during his Freshman year.
- Met Elijah Piers during Freshman year, since they were dorm roommates.
- Slowly began to befriend Elijah - which Benjamin cherished since Elijah was his first true friend.
- Through knowing Elijah, Benjamin began to open up around him, talk more; grow as an individual.
- Continued to keep Elijah as a close friend for the next two years of their time at the Academy together.
- Now entering his Junior year, Benjamin is stunned to discover that Elijah is no longer his roommate...
