YUU TAKEGAWA

- Yuu was the only child of a military family. Her dad was some hotshot high ranking guy, and her mom was a traveling doctor. It was a fast paced lifestyle. Mom was home every few months, but dad was around most of the time. Although, "home" had a habit of changing.

- Before she even hit middle school, she'd changed schools over ten times. She'd gotten used to the routine, easily navigating her way around cities and buses she's never been too. If it wasn't for the fact her classmates traveled as much as she did, she might not have been able to make any friends. The schools were accommodating, but none as much as the academy.

- Summers were the only stability she had. Her father shipped her off to his family's dojo deep within the country side where she learned how to fight properly. She grew fond of her uncles and aunts and cousins there, but knew it wouldn't last, always leaving once summer was over.

- When she hit high school age, her father decided she could use more stability in her life and shipped her to the academy. So, yes, she's actually an graduate from the academy.

- After high school came the military and university. She'd managed to balance the two and work her way up the ranks. It wasn't easy and she didn't like the offers her mother and father were trying to get her into. She didn't want to be a doctor, and teaching actually wasn't that high on the list. It was only due to the fact her credits had her on the road to become a teacher that she'd went through with it.

- Although she's officially a teacher of the school, she usually has a substitute take her place. She has a habit of dropping everything at the academy for either a few months in order to travel. This is majorly due to the fact she's technically still part of the military as a "reserve."
