Lilias knew from a young age that she wanted to be a teacher, despite her parents wanting her to go to culinary school and become a chef. Many times she's heard the lines "those who can't, teach" and she's grown a thick skin to it; knowing the joy of helping those before her learn is better than the pay check. Sadly, her pay check is worse than that of an actual teacher with her being a student.
Right, Lilias is still just a student in college but she was gifted the chance to teach Home Economics at Regency Academy for a year or two to see how well she'll fair as a teacher in the long run. It helps that Lilias has been cooking her whole life but she still has a lot of studying for the rest of the Home Economic bits...
To her students Lilias is nice, sweet, caring, and open; wanting them to be able to come to her when something is wrong... but, in reality, Lilias is a huge sexual Goddess trapped in a tiny girls body. She has gotten a few letters from students confessing love to her, or wanting things from her- heck she's even been asked if people can do "extra credit" with her- but she's done an outstanding job thus far not getting fired.
