students will automatically be paired with another student of the same gender and close to their year for a dorm room. being nothing bigger then an apartment room for two people. your dorm rooms at first will only have permission for you and your roommate to view, but you can share your room key and allow others to enter.
if your are a student teacher, teacher or academy staff you will be provided with a small furnished house to do what you please with. however every teacher gets their own house and may share with who they please to enter their private quarters.
