tried it on but it didn’t fit me so found a better pair of shoes to walk
Ricky let out a soft sigh, putting his arms on the table, resting his head on them, and closing his eyes. It had been a struggle these past couple of days; restless nights with trying to do some of his hacking projects had left him with barely any sleep. It also didn't help that he was now attracting people towards him; that was what he hadn't wanted to happen. People were...people were weird. They were so loud and so touchy feely, the worst kind. So then why was he helping them?
His eyes snapped open and he straightened his back, a frown appearing. The question poked and prodded his mind, as he rolled that question over and over inside. Why was he helping them? That didn't make any sense...
Pfeh. Whatever, that didn't matter.
He just needed to enjoy this quietness in the library, it was nice and cool here, without a lot of people here. Apparently they were out having fun on this warm Saturday, Ricky could even hear their yelps and squeals as they ran around outside, like little children. Sometimes, he felt like he was the only adult around here...
Notes: meet your new senpai, ricky~ <3

Oliver was the type of person who loved being in the spotlight.; the center of everyone's attention. He thrived on it. It made him feel infinitely better about himself. It was like his own personal heroin. He liked going out of his way to make as many friends as possible. Because even just one person was far better than the feeling of being alone. Which was exactly how Oliver found himself in the library on a perfectly good day. That, and the pile of school work he'd accumulated over the week that was almost as tall as him, but regardless. There was a certain young man who'd caught Oliver's attention. He had a very bland air to him - like he didn't quite enjoy being around other people. Oliver intended to fix that. All the kid needed was a little socialization, and Oliver was just the person for the job. He quickly spotted the other boy in the library and slammed his textbooks and bag down at the same table, as if the boy was expecting him, and this was a common occurrence. Oliver slid into the seat right next to him in one swift motion, and opened his text book. "Hey," he said smoothly, leaning into the boy next to him ever so slightly, "Whatcha up to?"

Ricky let out a quiet yelp and almost bolted out of his chair, when the books slammed against table. His head snapped up and his eyes zeroed into the person who seemed to just materialize out of nowhere. He slowly blinked, his eyes wide at this strange person, as if his mind was not computing what had just happened.
Alright so...let's start from the top. Ricky was alone. Then he wasn't. And now this person was leaning towards him. The hell...?
He leaned away from this pleb person, trying to figure out if the other guy understood the words 'personal space.' Yeah no. Those words didn't seem to be a part of his dictionary. Moving his chair away from the guy, as far as he could without seeming socially rude, Ricky gave a light cough.
"Er...not...nothing much...?" His statement turned into a question, as he stared at this guy. How was he supposed to respond to a person so persistent in being physical?
Notes: omg i feel so dirty, i spotted it. ;w;

Oliver laughed as the boy next to him almost jumped out of his seat. He was used to people being surprised at his antics, by now. It was a common occurrence when they first met, but slowly people would adjust. Oliver just hoped this kid would, too. He was hardly offended when the boy next to him picked up his chair and moved it further from Oliver. Another common thing in people who'd only just met the brunette. Ah well, he'd get over it soon enough, right? Oliver gave him his trademark grin, "so..." he says in a lazy drawl, "come here often?" he says the line as if he's trying to flirt with the boy next to him. Perhaps he is, on some levels, though he hardly notices himself. He's been told that he has a habit of being overly flirtatious. "The name is Oliver, by the way," Oliver introduces himself with a smirk, and a slight toss of his head to remove his bangs from disrupting his eyesight, "and yours?"
