Hello there, I am Lilias McGuire. In reality, the school would prefer if you called me Miss McGuire but I'm sure you'd all have tons of fun with that one so let's just go with Miss Lilias if that's alright with you all. Plus, this is Home Economics, no one expects us to be super formal here. I will hold you all to high expectations, however. Just because this is an elective doesn't mean it's going to be easy. I will have open office hours where you can visit me if you need anything. I hope you're all excited for this as I am!
Home economics covers the basics of cooking and baking, taking care of / raising a child, sexual education, and other things one would need to know before they are an adult.
This is an elective course, so any year can join my course. Of course, everyone will be graded and expected to act as if they were all fourth years.
the class room is of average size with four sets of tables curved to form a half circle with a larger table at the front of the room. Each table has three to four chairs. There are plenty of electrical outlets throughout the room and even on the table for when the burners are brought out. Along the walls of the classroom are bookshelves and cabinets full of different items required for this class and some club storage.

CLASS BEING Taught
