BFF 5 EVER

I dunno if anyone else has contacted you about this yet but I figured I’d post hereee. I hope that’s okay!

These relationships are my weakness and HQ!! fcs too yespls. So if you’re okay with talkin’ to me about some possible ideas, I would be more than interested/happy to do so! My skype is kodiak...bear. I have a couple of ideas that may be interesting, though?

With ‘em, I think it would be interesting to possibly make him a Senior… older than Oliver but not by much. I assume you want them to be the same age/year, but bear with me! If it isn’t what you are looking for, no hard feelings though!

They are just separated by the year gap and this will be his last year in Regency Academy so it would definitely be a play on feels there? ;D But I think he would be more so the studious guy—the type that Oliver’s parents would probably adore. So I could have seen their relationship initially be rocky. Maybe their first meeting or general introduction was via mutual friends? Oliver a freshman and him as a sophomore. They hung out in the same circle. Mayhaps an upperclassman that they both knew and was the chatty, sociable type that sorta just slung a decent size group together.

It could have just stayed like that for a little while. They saw each other whenever the group met up or greeted each other simply in the hallway. But there could have been one time when they happened to actually break passed that awkward acquaintance stage. Maybe the rest of the gang had bailed on ‘em one weekend when they were meeting up and they hadn’t been contacted—or got the texts late for whatever reason. So instead of just calling it off, they decided to hang out together… perhaps much to Oliver’s surprise since TDH is such an aloof person who doesn’t seem to let people near.

So cool, they aren’t as bad as the other thought they were. They still had their differences, of course, and tended to get into snarky, heated arguments but they didn’t necessarily pull away either. It was just part of the friendship they were starting to develop instead. TDH could have been more picky about Oliver touching him at first, making a scene out of it and getting annoyed at him for the rest of the day. But gradually it could have just changed to him “smacking” his hand away or grabbing a finger and moving his hand off of him. Of course at some point he would likely grow irritated if Oliver kept pushing it.

But they started to meet up without the group. They became the type that if you found one, it was likely you could ask them and they’d know where the other was… and known for their bickering with each other and perhaps teased to be alike an old married couple. :P

TDH could also have a crush on Oliver, so their feelings are mutual. But TDH does not want to confess or admit to his feelings despite the drunken kisses or the secret touches they share occasionally… mostly because he is not sure what he could do if it becomes serious. Commitment could scare him. The fact that he is leaving the Academy soon and going to be whisked off to a college scares him. So he decides to ignore the feeling instead, suffering alongside him in silence.

I ended up rambling. > v>;; But that's the basic ideas I have? :D I can help flesh it out more with you and work on expanding TDH’s personality and history as well if you're a fan of my version. <3
