Alida was the youngest of three siblings born after both of her older brothers Gareth and Fionn. When she was around the age of ten her mother and father went through a harsh and disruptive divorce that ended with Alida's father temporarily disappearing from her life for a few years. Her mother had had an affair and after the divorce spent most of her time with her boyfriend. Her oldest son, Fionn, had to step in and try to take care of his younger brother and sister during this time in Alida's life. Alida got along rather well with Fionn but had always had a very strained rivalry going on with Gareth.
In school—specifically during middle school—Alida learned that her comfort zone lied more in the male friend zone rather than female one. She fit in a lot more with the guys and grew close attachments to a handful of different dudes. Her father has recently reentered her life while her mother's fiendish affair with loverboy has completely fallen apart. And now Alida is entering high school—but not just any high school. She is going to be attending a private academy school, say what?!
