Ces is not socially challenged.

But if you encounter her, it wouldn't be strange to earn a blush or a stammer. She's eternally daydreaming, staring off into space, or jotting ideas and sketches in a notebook. And those ideas are not to share. Extremely private by nature, Cecilia's blush or stutter is usually prompted by the eternally terrifying possibility of someone catching a glimpse into her private world, or somehow- by some magic- reading her thoughts, as if their recentness would make them more viable for the telepaths that are clearly constantly lurking.

If you don't catch her off-guard, she's a fairly friendly, energetic person with a quiet optimism about her. Not in-your-face confident, but certainly not your standard definition of shy, either. She keeps to herself, but isn't afraid of others.

Regardless, Cecilia's life as she remembers it is all but defined by her imagination. Every major moment has been accompanied by a flight of fantasy- perhaps as a coping mechanism, though she hardly sees anything negative about it- or perhaps simply because everything's a little more interesting with an imagined element.

Cecilia lived a fairly peaceable childhood, with a mercurial brother and parents who forgot how to be happy. By ten, she was one of the many children of divorced parents. By sixteen, she was just another student of Regency Academy, aiming to be a communications major in college.



Though Rasmus and Cecilia lived near Regency Academy with their stepfather, they didn't begin attending until this year, their sophomore year.
